Quietly Mental Health Pvt. Ltd.
Last updated: April 2026
Quietly is a mental health support platform built for pre-clinical India — people who are struggling but haven't sought formal help yet. The platform includes a private journaling space, AI-assisted emotional support through Ira, peer connection, and access to licensed therapists. Quietly is operated by Quietly Mental Health Pvt. Ltd., registered in India.
You must be 16 years of age or older to use Quietly. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 16 and 18, you may use Quietly without parental consent, but we encourage you to have a trusted adult aware of your mental health journey.
Quietly is a mental health support tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, emergency psychiatric care, or medical diagnosis. Ira, our AI companion, is not a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or doctor. She does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat. Licensed therapists available through Quietly are independent professionals. Quietly facilitates the connection but is not responsible for clinical outcomes.

You may use Quietly anonymously — no real name is required. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, your authentication details are handled by Firebase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to share your account with others, impersonate any person, or use Quietly for any unlawful purpose.
By using Quietly, you agree that you will not:
Ira uses large language models to generate responses. While we have built safety layers to prevent her from diagnosing, prescribing, or encouraging harm, AI systems are not infallible. You should use your own judgment when interpreting Ira's responses. We reserve the right to update, modify, or restrict Ira's capabilities at any time.
When you book a therapist through Quietly, you enter into a direct relationship with that therapist. Quietly facilitates scheduling, payment, and session notes — it does not direct or supervise the clinical relationship. Therapists listed on Quietly are RCI-registered or hold equivalent qualifying credentials.
Where paid services are offered, payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Quietly does not store your payment card information. Refund policies for therapy sessions will be communicated at the point of purchase.
All content, design, code, AI systems, and brand assets within Quietly are the property of Quietly Mental Health Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any part of the platform without written consent. Your private journal entries and personal data remain yours.
Quietly is provided as-is. We make no warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on content generated by Ira.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Quietly Mental Health Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use of Quietly after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
